The Final Clean-up

The tenant is merely obliged to leave the property well-sanitized after occupancy. Depending on the size of the rented property, a final clean up could take several hours. In order to get a final cleaning properly done there are a few things involved, such as a vaccum cleansing, sweeping, and wiping all the floors, the cleaning of house accessories such as: curtains, mattresses, and bed linen.Cleaning of windows and window panes, a through dusting of all furniture and cupboards as well as contents such as: washing and inspection of cutlery and dishes are equally essential to keep in mind before vacating the premises. Cleaning up and inspection of all the contents in the apartement or home, the in-house electronic and lighting devices as well as the through cleaning of bathrooms is counted.

We strictly suggest landlords to make a personal check of the final clean-up on their own or allow the company to coordinate this task. As a result, kindly retain the same standard with issues that concern cleanliness and the aim is also to give the next tenant the feeling that he is always the first one to be living or renting the property.

The costs for the final clean-ups should be fixed by you in the lease contract. Changes are possible afterwards and only accepted in exceptional cases such as, extreme untidiness.
